Donut of Control: Easing Worries and Anxiety

Inspired by The 7 Habits Of Highly Effective People: Stephen Covey

In this short training, Sarahlynn shares how we use the ‘donut of control’ to empower students to feel more settled and less anxious.

This particular worksheet has been used in our Child Confidence and Resilience Coaching programmes. Families have seen it to support students who are:

  • anxious about sleepovers
  • anxious about upcoming exams
  • moving to secondary school (new school)
  • feeling very overwhelmed
  • worried about world events

and so much more!

We’d love to hear how you help your child handle exam stress and everyday worries.
